  1. What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.
  2. What if I need to modify my order? If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
  3. How do I cancel my order? You can cancel your orders with us within 24hrs of us receiving the order. All you need to do is message or email us at homeegenics@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest.
  4. Do you provide tracking information? Yes, we will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 24hrs of shipment confirmation from us, please email us right away and we will get it taken care of.
  5. I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order? We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it. 

USPS tracking information can at times be incorrect or not updated yet which can cause packages to be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days. 

If you do not receive your order within 3 days, please email us immediately and be sure to please include your order number and tracking info so that we can assist you further!

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?

After the order is placed, the payment provider automatically processes the order to our system.
